Key new features
- Added player shops functionality where you can sell/buy items using your player or a dedicated NPC that will do it for you. Such store can be set using item and when the store will be closed, items that remained will be emailed to the shop owner.
- Added new guild leveling system where guild level will be related to the number of guild members the guild can have as well as with guild store, and guild quests that guild members can get.
- Added new dialogues system with voice overs and better interactions.

- Modified some effects like bonus, reset skil points, add skill point to be cast not only on the caster but also on the target.
